The pyramid design houses a quiet yet powerful 500 CFM fan operating at a quiet 58db. The multi-speed fan are easily controlled by LED back-lit controls. When in use, your cooking surface is illuminated by two LED light strips. The Perfekt Pyramid boasts two baffle filters which help trap grease, clean-up is made simple as the filters are dishwasher safe.
